Updating 11.0-Release using pkg update and pkg upgrade, the link to libharfbuzz
was not created. This caused Emacs24 to be uninstalled and the Mate desktop to
not run. Fixing the link and running ldconfig fixed the problem. The system now
reports as RELEASE 11.0 p1 .
