In FreeBSD, there are a number of CTF tools being shipped that utilise the CTF
headers in the base system. These headers, however, are not installed on the
system and therefore require the FreeBSD source in order to be used.
The CTF headers should be installed on the system in order to allow various
developers to develop new CTF tools more easily that are not a part of the base
system, much like ctfdump is developed in the base system (but can be compiled
without it given the appropriate headers).
