When I install 11.1 via the interactive installer and select auto zfs layout
(zfs boot, zfs root) on mbr, the bootpool is not picked up after rebooting into
the installed system. After manually importing bootpool and adding
zpool_cache_{load,type,name} to /boot/loader.conf the issue goes away.
