Patch to remove resource_set_* declarations
In 2001 there was a commit providing a "Hints overhaul" removing
implementations for the functions resource_set_{int, long, string} from
sys/kern/subr_bus.c [1]
Declarations still reside in the header sys/sys/bus.h and should be removed. A
patch is attached.
