German Neo2 keyboad layout for vt and syscons
FreeBSD is lacking /usr/share/{syscons,vt}/keymaps/neo.kbd files for the
alternative German ergonomic layout NEO2.
The attached neo.kbd file from
https://wiki.neo-layout.org/wiki/Neo%20unter%20FreeBSD%20einrichten
implements layers 1, 2 and (mostly) 3 of the NEO2 layout, with layers
4, 5, and 6 missing.
It would be nice to include this file in the official FreeBSD source tree,
and if someone with vt/syscons experience could help add the missing layers (at
least the incredibly useful layer 4), the better.
