copied and edited INDEX.fonts file
Playing around with the vidfont tool, i saw, that there is no INDEX.fonts file
in /usr/share/vt/fonts. This file delivers some additional information in the
vidfont interface.
So i copied the file from /usr/share/syscons/fonts/ and edited it, to match the
existing fonts in /usr/share/vt/fonts. In my tests this worked for english and
german. The other languages are copied and might not be correct.
