there are a few issues with kvm_walk_pages:
- man page required
- some types preclude cross-debugging 64-bit cores on 32-bit architectures,
which is perhaps an unlikely scenario but supported by other kvm interfaces
- incorrect bitmap manipulation in _amd64_minidump_walk_pages - see
