12.1 Release panic with mounted unionfs with tmpfs.
How-to repeat:
1) Boot with FreeBSD-12.1-RELEASE-amd64-bootonly.iso in live-cd mode.
2) mount -t tmpfs -o rw,size=512M tmpfs /net
3) mount_unionfs /net/ /usr/
4) mount_unionfs /net/ /var/
5) mount_unionfs /net/ /tmp/
6) dhclient em0
