when building UnrealIRCd from source on FreeBSD 11.2, 11.3 or in a FreeNAS jail
upon running the program segfaults, installing pkg openssl-1.1.1d and
rebuilding
fixes the segfault.
Starting program: /usr/home/ircd/src/src/ircd
