FreeBSD Installation unappropriate Ukraine timezones
The timezones for Ukraine offered by FreeBSD installation are really confusing.
First of all, even if we agree with such explanation bug #19822, comment #2,
the name of the current only timezone for Ukraine is confusing. It should be
definitely NOT "Ukraine (most areas)", because it's for all areas in Ukraine.
It should be just "Ukraine".
Second, Legacy timezones should be moved to other place. I offer to create a
category "Legacy" inside Ukraine and remove all that don't deal with modern
Ukraine to that category (/folder).
Also, they should be renamed for better understanding - I think it would be
enough to add the years of operation.
I reviewed previous bug reports on this matter accurately (bug #198822 & bug
#47468) and I think my solution may be the compromise if you would like to
preserve old timezones and avoid spoiling FreeBSD's reputation in Ukraine.
Please pay attention that Ukrainian Wikipedia article has a description of this
controversy regarding Ukraine timezones during installation of FreeBSD and this
definitely doesn't improve attraction for FreeBSD in Ukraine.
