After upgrading from 12.2 to 13.0-RC1 when I restart/start snmpd runs correctly
but it shows:
"Error 2 (No such file or directory) could not get the assoclist"
As there is no "sysctl net.inet.sctp" in my system after the upgrade I believe
it's the same issue reported here:
