after 'service bluetooth start ubt0' i see error message
ng_hci_process_command_timeout: ubt0hci - unable to complete HCI command
OGF=0x3 OCF=0x3. Timeout
and
# hccontrol -n ubt0hci inquiry
hccontrol: Could not find HCI nodes
so scan is unsuccessful, although bluetooth devices are present around
