There seems to be a problem with the RB_GENERATE_INSERT_COLOR macro.
do { \
...
return (child); \
} while ((parent = gpar) != NULL); \
There is a "return" at the end of the "do ... while" loop, so "while ((parent =
gpar) != NULL);" is not evaluated.
