Add the ability to filter jail -e <sep> by jail names
The existing jail [-f <conf>] -e <sep> command always dumps all parsed jail
configurations to standard out and there is no better separator than the name=
line to tell where one jail's configuration ends a new configuration begins.
Together with multiline strings in jail.conf this is a problem that can't
easily be scripted around.
The attached patch adds the ability to only show the configuration of a
selected list of jails.
