top(1) shows the free swap space value using kvm_getswapinfo(3),
However, kvm_getswapinfo isn't easily available to languages other than C/C++,
like Golang.
Since sysctl already exposes the total swap size as vm.swap_total, it would be
logical to also also have vm.swap_free sysctl variable.
Every time some swap segment usage count would change, or the set of swap
segments itself would change, the corresponding in-memory variable would be
increased or decreased.
