Proposed fix
APST is an optional NVMe power saving feature that allows devices to
automatically enter higher non-operational power states after a certain amount
of idle time. It should (sometimes significantly, up to as much as 3W, as in
case with Toshiba XG5) reduce the controller's power consumption and therefore
increase battery life.
