broken dialog
The options dialog box renders incompletely and in monochrome when
PORTS_MODULES+= is in use (for example in /etc/make.conf
PORTS_MODULES+=sysutils/lsof) and is inresponsive.
One must ctrl-c out of it and then reset the term to restore proper
functionality.
Having different terminal types (screen, tmux, xterm) doesn't make any
difference.
Example output is in attachment.
On the same system, the dialog box renders correctly, usable buttons and in
colour as expected.
