The 15.0 USB install media fails to boot on my HPE MicroServer Gen10 Plus while
accessing the console over iLO: The loader runs, but when I choose "Boot
Installer" (or "Boot Single user"), it prints only the following before the
server instantaneously reboots:

Another user on the forums reports the same problem after upgrading their
MicroServer:

Things I've found experimenting with this:
- It boots in BIOS mode.
- copy_staging disable has no effect.
- Setting console="comconsole" works if I have a virtual serial port attached.
And not only does that provide a functioning serial console, but the iLO
console works too in that case.
- Setting console="eficom" seems to work intermittently?
The 14.3 install media boots fine for me. I'm running the latest available
system firmware (U48 v3.70) and iLO 5 (3.17) on this machine.
