--- Comment #1 from Stefano <[email protected]> ---
Hi, I am just probing every laptop I can get my hands on. I am not a developer,
but this is my way to help the BSD community. This laptop is my work laptop and
I would really like it to be able to run FreeBSD in the future.

Hardware: MacBook Pro 16,1 (2019, T2 chip)
OS: FreeBSD (version unspecified)

Probe context:
- SIP disabled, Secure Boot set to No Security, external boot allowed
- Booted FreeBSD live USB
- Ran full probe script to capture subsystem logs

Attached tarball:
MBP16-T2-FreeBSD-full.tar.gz

Representative terminal output:

$ uname -a
FreeBSD probehost FreeBSD #0 releng:...

$ sysctl hw.model
hw.model: MacBookPro16,1

$ pciconf -lv | grep -i display
vgapci0@pci0:2:0:0: class=0x030000 chip=0x3ea58086 rev=0x02
vgapci1@pci0:1:0:0: class=0x030000 chip=0x73401002 rev=0xc1

$ nvmecontrol devlist
nvme0: Apple SSD Controller (T2 mediated) — attach failed

$ ifconfig -a
em0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
status: no carrier
