If I look at the output of "sysctl vm.largepages" the counters for 2 MiB pages
go up, so it seems the system is allocating large pages, but "procstat vm"
always reports bogus 4 KiB page statistics which are a bit confusing.

Aside from the global sysctl counters, there doesn't seem to be a Solaris style
"pmap -sx" utility to display per process page mappings and the corresponding
page sizes.
