The Framework 13 laptop is likely not designed for sustained heavy CPU load at full speed with workloads like a buildworld. This is why I limit the CPU frequency on the AMD laptop. WRT one of my Intel laptops, the HP 840 runs significantly cooler during buildworld when Turbo Boost is disabled in the BIOS. Cooling wasn't much of an issue for my other older Intel laptops. My AMD servers in my basement have no cooling issues. Only the laptops.
