--- Comment #2 from [email protected] --- Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to triage stuff! I hope I didn't miss any others that I submitted and just sat here. :) I happened to have a 13.something and a 14.0 in a VM host here so I checked this out. Including attachments for completeness so folks can see the difference. When I booted 13.3(? I think) I got the dark blue text. Updated to 13.5 (and installed new bootloader - gptzfsboot in my case) and it looks great - still blue, but a much lighter shade that doesn't disappear on a black background. With 14.0, there was no "boot environments" selector in the menu, so I went to 14.1, and also a new bootloader (also gptzfsboot) and got the unreadable menu. Updated to 14.4 and new loader and it looks fine. So at least from what I can test, it looks fixed. I don't know if it's in all the different loaders, I'm only working with "gptzfsboot" under old-timey BIOS boot w/PMBR. Whoever fixed didn't check in on this ticket I guess? old menu: https://i.imgur.com/Y8BMgxW.png new menu: https://i.imgur.com/bbgWmvr.png -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
