Yes, the arrows exit with cdialog as well. I was testing with bsdinstall, but
only on the first screen where the user selects pkgbase or distribution sets.

OK, I can add a few more keys in that case for completeness (although I don't
think it'll be accepted).
At any rate, the issue with the tabs and bsddialog still remains. Even with the
patch, the tab key seems not to work.

env TERM=ansi bsddialog --menu test 0 0 0 a 1 b 2 c 3

Notice that the user is not able to select [OK]/[Cancel] by tab navigation.
