I get this panic when attempting to boot mfsbsd on my 2016 MacBook Pro:
nvme0: cpl (cid = 0) does not map to outstanding cmd

panic: received completion for unknown cmd
Relevant frames in stack trace is:
_nvme_qpair_process_completions()
nvme_qpair_msi_handler()
ident reports the following (approximate) version info:
n287558-e7efe2f059a4
The only modifications from stock :main was to sys/modules/Makefile to build
the brcm80211 modules.
