In the past the Perforce repository was mirrored to a cvsup server which was publicly accessible, but that service seems to be unavailable currently (someone wrote there are hardware problems, but I don't know the details). Anyway, I'll make a tarball and put it on a webserver for public download. I hope to get around to doing it on the weekend. I also intend to write some documentation; that's probably the biggest missing item right now. So far I've only documented the font format [1].
