I now have: wdc0: unit 0 (wd0): <TOSHIBA MK6409MAV>, 32-bit, multi-block-16 wd0: 6194MB (12685680 sectors), 13424 cyls, 15 heads, 63 S/T, 512 B/S and its performance still sucks.
