I CAN'T FTP OUT FROM MY -CURRENT SYSTEM.  I CAN FTP IN.  SOMETHING
IS PROBABLY WRONG.  I CAN LIST DIRECTORIES, USUALLY.  'GET' COMMANDS
HANG.  I AM RUNNING -CURRENT FROM MORNING APR 13.
