GLIBCXX_3.4.15 is the symbol version of the libstdc++ that ships with gcc 4.6.  
You are trying to compile something against a (newer) libstdc++ from ports and 
then run it linked against the (older) libstdc++ from the base system.  Oddly 
enough, this doesn't work.
