I don't have such a file anywhere in my source tree (for either head or
stable/9).  I do find it in /usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/usr/src/tools/build/
and in /usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/legacy/usr/lib/.

(Sorry I overlooked that you were clearing /usr/obj at the start of your
build.)
