Guessing because I haven’t used v6 over ppp, but:

- You probably need net.inet6.ip6.accept_rtadv set to 1 to accept IPv6 router 
advertisement from upstream. You should get a prefix from the upstream router.
- You may also possibly need to run rtsold(8).
