Here, in a test machine in VirtualBox, the manual page that's
installed with 13.0-RELEASE-p4 appears to be correct; option -k is not
mentioned.
At a glance, I can find no cherry-pick relating to
621b5090487de9fed1b503769702a9a2a27cc7bb (or a truncation thereof).
Correction: it _is_ in stable/13,
