This morning's security email did repeat the I/O errors while yesterday's didn't. I think that may have something to do with an OS build/install cycle completing. I didn't pay close attention but will try to keep better track. The machine is running a build/install cycle on the last set of sources completed, just to let buildworld "catch up" with the changes introduced by installworld. I expect that to finish without problems, but it'll take a few days to find out. It's still working on cross tools. Thanks for writing! bob prohaska
