This has been discussed so many times in the past. We can configure
the the base mouse char ether 1) by the kernel option SC_MOUSE_CHAR
or 2) by `vidcontrol -M'.

Maybe we should automatically add `-M 3' to flags for vidcontrol
in rc.conf for those languages...
