Are the following lock order reversals something that I should mention
when I encounter them, in general?

On the other hand, this is from an older -current, built 25.Jan, before
which I don't see these messages, while after installworld/reboot, I
see them, except I haven't normally booted into -current other than
after -stable wedges/panics and I want to background-fsck all filesystems.
Actually, it looks like once I did, so this, which immediately follows
my alternate-r00t-login, is unrelated to the background fsck, but it
always follows my login.  If that made any sense.

I'll assume that since this is two weeks old, it's been noted already,
but in general, I wonder if I should report such occurrences, in a more
timely manner...
