I got this also a couple of times over the last week. It would panic every 
few days with this same message. I cvsupped/rebuilt 5 Oct, but it's only up 
for 14 hours. In any case, here's my dmesg.

Also note the 'could sleep' warnings for if_xl. They have been there for 
over half a year I think. I've reported them before. There's also a 
duplicate lock in udp_usrreq that's new to me.
