=> Which PHY do you have attached to yours?
=>
=> We have a huge stack of 9843 SXs here and on the back side is an AMD chip
=> labelled "GigaPHY", part number Am79761YC-14. I wouldn't be suprised if
=> syskonnect changed the PHY and we need to code up a driver for it.
=>
=> I can test this in a -current vs. -stable box to confirm your findings if
=> you like.
I have the same PHY chip. I followed-up to this post after I saw
the same message as Andy Farkas had on his dc(4) driver.
/usr/src/sys/vm/uma_core.c:1330: could sleep with "skc0" locked from
/usr/src/sys/pci/if_sk.c:1049
Current, as of this morning, panics if I kldload if_sk.
The machine is not local to me but I'm making arrangements to get a
console on the box.
I have not tried with a UP kernel on 5.0 but the 4.7 kernel I tested
with is not SMP.
