Builds fine on 11.4 i386 and 13.0 amd64. See URL for verbose changelog.

Looking at https://portscout.freebsd.org/[email protected] it's not
clear why there was no notification on desktop@ list. Maybe subscribe to GitLab
notifications:
1. Open https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg
2. Click on "Notification settings" (bell icon)
3. Click on "Custom"
4. Mark "New release" (checkbox)
