I have updates for pango, cairo, and a new port gi-docgen which are
needed for the GTK 4 import.
I know they were reviewed in the past but then were forgotten about,
mainly since gi-docgen has a dependency whose update was held back but
has since been committed.
Could some of you please review these updates?
