Bug 292503: devel/libnotify: unfetchable distfile after 0.8.8 update
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=292503

--- Description ---
After ports 283da91322d135059edf1327bf26d00f4205195b which updated libnotify to
0.8.8, my systems cannot fetch the distfile anymore, and even the FreeBSD
distcache does not have it:

=> libnotify-0.8.8.tar.xz doesn't seem to exist in /portdistfiles.
=> Attempting to fetch

It looks like download.gnome.org does not resolve, I only get timeouts, or
otherwise SERVFAILs:

Obviously we cannot do anything about failing GNOME CDNs, but can somebody make
sure the file is available on distcache.FreeBSD.org, or an alternative download
location?
