HI
I test installed KDE desktop installer two weeks ago
on top of a FreeBSD 15-p1 base.
specifically using the KDE NVIDIA Xorg combo , (
wayland dont seem to be included in the KDE desktop installer
script. )
after running the script Nvidia driver did not
start.
To start the proprietary NVIDIA Driver linux
emulation needs to be active.
script needs to do
# kldload linux linux64
to run the driver immediately .
Script did not install
Linux_enable="YES" ,
Dbus_enable="YES"
in /etc/rc.conf. to enable the the driver
to work after reboot.
ALSO:
Script did not install emulators/linux-base-rl9
package
Script did not enter the linsysfs and the
linprocfs in /etc/fstab.
Script did not install Nvidia packages:
x11/nvidia-xconfig , x11/nvidia-settings x11/linux-nvidia-libs ,
graphics/nvidia-texture-tools
After adding all of the above I had a fully
functioning KDE/NVIDIA/Xorg setup and google-Earth was using
the GPU using linux-nvidia-libs.

Hello everyone,
I am working on a script that uses TUI dialogs to configure and install
GPU drivers, Xorg, KDE, and SDDM.
