Patch for freetype2
* Remove LCD_FILTERING option and RENDERING grouping, LCD_FILTERING is default
upstream and is overridden when LCD_RENDERING is set
* Remove stray V40 option set in OPTIONS_DEFAULT
* Sort OPTIONS_DEFINE
* Sort *_DESC
* Remove stray SIZE_METRICS_CHOICE_DESC
Compile tested on FreeBSD 15.0-STABLE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)
