"While ports-mgmt/portmaster and ports-mgmt/portupgrade can install third-party software from both binary packages and the Ports Collection, pkgng installs only binary packages." This could be rewritten to: "While ports-mgmt/portmaster and ports-mgmt/portupgrade can install third-party software from both binary packages and the Ports Collection, pkgng only deals with installing and registering of binary packages into the system.
