The Handbook Storage chapter has a section called RAID that describes

ccd(4) is obsolete, having been replaced several times by newer
drivers. I think ataraid(4) has been supplanted by graid(8).

So I propose to remove that RAID section entirely. Yes, people may
still be using these devices. But we should not be recommending them
to new users.

If you have a reason that should not be done, speak now.

Since gmirror and graid are already covered in the GEOM chapter, that
probably makes sense. Organizationally, there seems to be a mix of where
the information is. Should all of the GEOM stuff be in the Storage
chapter, or should GEOM stuff like gbde and geli be moved from Storage
to GEOM?

Long-term, I'd like to reorganize by subject and try to eliminate some of the duplication we have now. Before that, it would be good to trim as much obsolete material as possible.
