It appears your FTP server is handing out bad port assignments for the FTP traffic. With filezilla, linux, and other ftp clients I am getting 'Illegal PORT command' errors. Putting the connection in passive mode solves the issue. You might want to look into it. It appears to only be impacting the 10.0 release server(s), not the 9.2.
