Just manpages to start with. I'll worry about updating the handbook
once I finish the rest of it off (IPv6, UDP, multi-socket, etc.) But
I'd at least like a manpage describing what I'm about to throw into
-HEAD so people can give it a whirl.
Okay. If it's a new manpage, it helps to find an existing one that is
similar to use as a template.
I'll contact you privately and we can work up an initial version.
