Patch to pdate bluetooth rfcomm_sppd documentation in handbook
With r273548[1] the options and behaviour of rfcomm_sppd have changed. This
fixes some functionality broken since FreeBSD 8.
Attached patch updates the respective section in the handbook.
As this is my first docproj contribution feel free to comment. igor(1) at least
was fine with my changes.
