Hello,
the Jail section seems to be outdated. My 10.x systems complain that
jail_bar_foo variables in rc.conf is deprecated, and one should use
jail.conf.
Are there plans to update this section?

Check out the port jail-primer. IMO this should totally replace the
handbook jail chapter.
