usergroups.xml LA user group link fix
Under the North America FreeBSD user group section (found here
http://www.freebsd.org/usergroups.html#north-america), The Yahoo Club (LA's
user group) points to a dead link.
The proposed patch updates the link to
http://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/bsdusersoflosangeles/info which appears to
be the current user group page.
