Remove Randi Harper from Marketing team
Following an article published on Randi Harper's blog[1], she has left the
FreeBSD community somewhere within the second half of 2015.
Following this post, she would no longer play an active part in the Marketing
of FreeBSD.
Amend the administration.xml file to reflect this.
