ps was present in v3 AT&T UNIX
Attached patch changes version from v4 to v3 for AT&T UNIX
Earliest reference in the TUHS archive is v3

Unfortunately only the source code for the compiler is present for that
release. The v2 archive is missing the manuals & only contains some of the
commands (not including ps).
Switch to v3 and reference manual category eight, as per r1.32 of
src/bin/ps/ps.1 from OpenBSD.
